Wonderfully decorated, This 1 BR, 1 1/2 Bath Cottage is only a short walk to Nokomis Beach and Casey Key. This spacious cottage has all the amenites of home including living room with sleeper sofa, den, dining room, full kitchen with all appliances, screened lanai and boat access to the Intercoastal Waterway. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The living room can be easily converted to a second bedroom. Dividers ave available to ensure privacy. Enjoy walks on Casey Key, a beautiful barrier island of white sandy beaches and beautiful sunsets and no high rises. Shelling and shark tooth finds are plentiful and fishing opportunities abound. If you would like a more lively stay, boat rentals, golf, and tennis are all nearby. A short drive north is Sarasota, the cultural capital of Florida where music, theater, galleries, shopping, and restaurants abound. South of us is the island of Venice, a picturesque, quaint town. Its main street is lined with palms and flowers. Shops, restaurants, and sidewalk cafes line both sides of the streets.
