Sitting between the Gulf of Mexico and Drymon’s Bay it is outfitted in a casual beachy way.  Tailor your stay to fit your mood.   Wander the beach hunting for shells and fossilized sharks teeth.  Cast a fishing line in the surf.  Daydream.  Explore the back bays and mangrove coves by kayak.  Be dazzled by beautiful sunsets.   You might even experience the fabled “Green Flash”, a split second aura of green light at the very end of the sunset.

Peak Season ( Jan - Apr) $900 per week | $3100 per month (monthly rentals include light housekeeping each week) 
Off Season ( May - Dec) $625 per week | $1860 per month (monthly rentals include light housekeeping each week)

Amenities: Private beach (beach chairs and beach towels provided); Barbeque grill;  Wood deck for dining or star gazing: Central heat and air conditioning;  Ceiling fans; Bedroom furnished with queen size bed, digital clock radio for iPod and linens and  color television with cable; Compact kitchen with ceramic glass cooktop range, microwave,  refrigerator, dinnerware, cookware and utensils.  To maintain clean air standards, not suitable for pets or guests who smoke inside.

Sarasota is known as Florida’s cultural capital - home to the state art museum - the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, a variety of theaters, galleries, a ballet, opera, symphony and more. Sarasota offers world-class dining, shopping and nightlife, including St. Armands Circle, with its fabulous boutiques.  For the sports-minded, public golf and tennis courts abound, as well as professional baseball during spring training, the Sarasota Kennel Club, boating and fishing.   The island of Venice is best known for its quaint downtown shopping area and Casperson Beach with its abundance of fossilized shark teeth.   Every August, Venice draws thousands of visitors to its superb waterfront with the community-wide Sharks Tooth and Seafood Festival.

The city of Tampa, only an hour away by car, offers its own attractions including Busch Gardens, Ybor City and more, while a world of fun awaits you in nearby Orlando, including Walt Disney World, Sea World, Epcot Center and more.

Day Trips: Tampa, Orlando, Boca Grande, Naples, and Sanibel are all easy trips.
