Bedroom provides king bed. Living room couch converts into queen bed. Bathroom includes large shower. Kitchen includes dish washer and all other necessary appliances.
Separate eating area with sliding glass doors and view of the bay. One parking stall is assigned to the unit with additional guest stalls available.
Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants and the Jetty with its fishing, sight seeing and restaurants. Within a short drive are many more restaurants, grocery shopping, drug stores, and gas stations. Historic downtown Venice with its many shops, restaurants and other services is also a short drive. The location is ideal for lounging on the private beach, or local vendors can provide you with all you need for boating, jet skiing, kayaking, fishing or biking. The area boasts many public golf courses and public tennis courts. Â

31 days prior to arrival - deposit is refundable. 30 days prior to arrival - 100% of stay is forfeited.
Deposit Policy
$500 reservation deposit required at the time of reservation. $500 security deposit required for houses. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
